I would include hands-on exercises, knowledge checks, reference documentation, and a follow-up channel for implementation questions. How do you balance technical accuracy with sales urgency when supporting a tender or proposal? I clarify the customer’s mandatory requirements early, provide the sales team with an accurate and commercially viable configuration, and flag any assumptions or dependencies transparently.
