I would prioritize using a combination of regulatory risk, customer and operations impact, urgency, engineering effort, and dependency analysis. Items that reduce material compliance exposure or prevent missed alerts would receive the highest priority. I would validate assumptions with case-management data, investigator feedback, and false-positive or processing-time metrics. How do you manage conflicting requests from compliance, customer service, and engineering teams? I make the trade-offs explicit by aligning stakeholders on the product objective, risk level, expected impact, and delivery constraints. I use a transparent prioritization framework and document decisions, assumptions, and deferred work in the roadmap. Regular checkpoints help resolve issues early and maintain shared ownership of outcomes. What metrics would you use to evaluate a compliance product feature? The metrics would depend on the feature, but could include alert-review time, false-positive rate, case backlog, escalation rate, workflow completion rate, investigator adoption, audit findings, and system reliability. I would pair operational metrics with qualitative feedback from internal users. Success should demonstrate both stronger controls and a more efficient user experience. Give an example of how you would launch a complex product change across multiple regions. I would establish a phased rollout plan that accounts for regional regulatory differences, operational readiness, data migration needs, and support documentation. Before broad release, I would run pilots with defined success criteria, train internal teams, and create clear escalation paths.
