How would you design a dashboard for a growth marketing team? I would begin with the team’s decisions and core KPIs, such as spend, acquisition, activation, conversion, CAC, retention, and ROI. The dashboard would show trend and funnel views, allow filtering by campaign and audience, flag material changes, and include concise metric definitions so stakeholders can interpret it consistently. How do you present complex analytical findings to executives or operational teams? I lead with the business question, the most important result, and the recommended action. I use simple visuals and plain language, explain only the methodology needed to establish confidence, and clearly state limitations, expected impact, and the next decision or experiment.
