I then clean and explore the data, test hypotheses, quantify the opportunity, document assumptions and limitations, and present a recommendation with expected impact and a practical validation plan. How would you handle disagreement between engineering, compliance, and marketing on a proposed product campaign? I would align the group on the user problem, business objective, constraints, and non-negotiable risk requirements. I would use data and clear trade-offs to evaluate options, propose a compliant minimum viable approach where needed, assign decision owners, and document the rationale and success measures. This is a 12 months contract where you’ll drive measurable improvements to trader engagement, conversion, and product experience — from insight to shipped feature. This is a full-time fixed-term (12 months) remote contract position. Contract extension may be possible, but cannot be guaranteed. You do not need to be based in the indicated locations and may be located anywhere across APAC time zones.
