I would begin with a structured opportunity thesis, partner due diligence, product and risk assessment, and stakeholder alignment. After agreeing on commercial and technical requirements, I would establish owners, milestones, launch controls, campaign plans, and post-launch KPIs, then use the results to optimize or discontinue the partnership. Which metrics would you use to evaluate an Earn campaign? I would track qualified user acquisition, conversion to deposit, assets under management, retention, repeat participation, yield uptake, campaign cost efficiency, and incremental contribution versus a control group where possible. I would also monitor risk, support, and operational metrics to ensure growth does not create unacceptable user or platform exposure. Give an example of how you would use AI tools in this role without relying on them uncritically. I would use AI to synthesize partner research, identify data anomalies, draft comparison frameworks, and analyze campaign feedback. I would validate all material conclusions against source data, risk policies, and expert review, especially for smart-contract, legal, and financial-risk decisions. Take ownership of internal business collaboration opportunities, and follow through on project evaluation, product assessment, and optimisation discussions with external partners in accordance with internal risk management principles. * Cross-functional Coordination and Campaign Execution. Collaborate closely with internal product operations and campaign operations teams to plan and execute user growth and engagement initiatives related to Earn products and partnerships. Requirements * Traditional Finance Background. Solid background in traditional finance, with strong familiarity with yield sources and yield strategies across traditional financial assets, such as bonds, funds, equities, commodities, and foreign exchange. * On-chain DeFi Experience. Hands-on experience with on-chain DeFi products, with deep understanding of products such as Lending, Staking, Liquidity Provision (LP), and RWA Vaults. Able to understand underlying yield mechanisms and risk structures, and conduct an initial assessment of how on-chain products fit into the existing product ecosystem. * Business Development Capability. Strong business development and partnership skills, with the ability to proactively identify and drive internal and external collaboration opportunities, and work closely with the operations team to execute related campaigns and initiatives. * AI and Data-Driven Analysis. Proficient in using AI tools for product analysis, operational performance reviews, and campaign effectiveness evaluation.
