I would establish a detailed work plan with defined findings, risk ratings, owners, dependencies, evidence requirements, milestones, and executive reporting. I would hold regular cross-functional reviews, escalate blockers early, validate completion through testing or documentation, and maintain a defensible record of remediation decisions.
