I would provide timely market color and dependable execution, maintain regular communication, and identify relevant liquidity or trading solutions that create sustained value rather than focusing only on individual transactions. Tell us about a time you resolved a time-sensitive trading issue with a client. In a time-sensitive situation, I would immediately confirm the facts, quantify execution and settlement exposure, and coordinate with operations, risk, and the client on clear next steps. What We’re Looking For: * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. * Proven experience (8+ years) in OTC trading, sales trading, or institutional sales within the cryptocurrency or traditional financial markets in MENA. * Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital asset trading. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail. * Proficiency in trading platforms and tools; experience with OTC trading desks is a plus. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
