This is not a delivery management role — it is an engineering leadership role that carries end-to-end accountability for the platform powering Vonage’s fastest-growing business unit. NwPS is Vonage’s strategic growth engine, commercialising mobile network operator capabilities as developer APIs — including Verify, Silent Authentication, SIM Swap, Number Verification, and Quality on Demand — for enterprise customers across FinTech, Healthcare, Transportation, and beyond. The engineering function that supports it spans multiple squads, complex multi-CSP integrations, a rapidly evolving product portfolio, and an emerging AI and agentic engineering capability. The Head of NwPS Engineering will own the vision, structure, and execution of this engineering function. They will report directly to the SA NwPS General Manager and serve as a key voice on the NwPS leadership team.
