I would track funded users, assets under management, conversion, retention, repeat participation, yield competitiveness, liquidity utilization, operational exceptions, customer-support contacts, and risk or compliance incidents. I would segment results by customer cohort and product type to determine whether to optimize pricing, eligibility, education, distribution, or the underlying product structure. Metrics should be reviewed alongside profitability and regulatory-risk thresholds, not in isolation. How do you balance product innovation with compliance and risk controls in tokenized-asset initiatives? I involve compliance, legal, and risk stakeholders at the concept stage rather than treating review as a late gate. I define the applicable investor protections, product restrictions, disclosure standards, licensing assumptions, and monitoring requirements early, then design the product and operations around them. This approach preserves speed while reducing expensive redesigns and ensures innovation is sustainable. Give an example of how you would align cross-functional teams during a complex product launch. I would create a shared launch charter covering the customer proposition, scope, decision owners, milestones, dependencies, risks, and measurable launch criteria. Regular working sessions would resolve open issues across product, BD, legal, compliance, risk, engineering, and operations, while an escalation path would handle decisions that cannot be resolved at the working level.
