Regular checkpoints prevent gaps between teams and help remove blockers quickly. What metrics would you use to evaluate Professional Services project health? I would track milestone achievement, schedule variance, budget and effort consumption, scope changes, risk severity, issue aging, resource utilization, customer satisfaction, and forecast accuracy. For a consulting environment, I would also monitor change orders, revenue-recognition readiness, and delivery margin where applicable. These metrics provide both operational visibility and early warning of potential delivery problems. How do agile methods apply to a fixed-scope customer consulting engagement? Agile practices can improve transparency and feedback even when commercial scope is fixed. I use short planning and review cycles, prioritize work against agreed outcomes, maintain a visible backlog, and engage customers frequently to validate progress. In this role, you’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams and our global customers to complete distinct projects on time and within budget. You’ll use your experience managing information technology and software consulting projects and your knowledge of traditional and agile project management and software development methods.
