Job Details: * Location: UK * Type of employment: Contract * Project duration: 12 Months with Possible extension * Working schedule: 08:30-17:00 or 09:00-17:30 UK Standard Time with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break (40 hours/ week) * Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday shift * Yearly Salary: £31,850/year Successful candidates must have valid work authorization for the UK with no need for sponsorship Key Qualifications: * British Sign Language (this is a must) * Passion for digital video and knowledge of the film and TV industry * Possess a thorough working knowledge of common technical issues found in digital video and audio * Willingness to work in a high-volume, fast paced, and changing environment * 2-4 years of experience working with digital video * Ability to take initiative and troubleshoot video/system playback issues and identify trends to propose short and long-term solutions * Track record of responding quickly and decisively to issues * Effective verbal and written communication skills The ideal candidate should have experience with all of the following: * Knowledge of subscription video content services and familiarity of their product offerings * Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet knowledge. * Professional/advanced proficiency in any other language would be a big plus.
