The team operates as strategic advisors to key cross-functional partners — including Product, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering — to drive accountability, insights, and operational integrity across the business. In this role, you will be responsible for: * End-to-End Process Management — Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized processes that support trust and safety functions, promoting consistency and adoption across the org. * Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner with Engineering and Growth teams to drive initiatives that enhance trust infrastructure and operational effectiveness. * Leadership Partnership — Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, delivering strategic insights, risk reporting, and actionable recommendations. * Data-Driven Strategy — Oversee analytics across trust functions.
