As a senior individual contributor, you will own complex work end-to-end, raise the quality bar, and mentor those around you. The QA team is 100% manual today. This hire will build the test automation capability from the ground up and, over time, will be the sole QA engineer on the team, owning quality independently while working closely with developers. In a healthcare SaaS environment where reliability and security affect patient care, this role is held to a high standard.
