I would use a short example where appropriate, then let the participant retry without over-directing their voice. What would you do if you detected an audio-quality issue during a live session? I would promptly pause at a suitable point, identify whether the issue is caused by equipment, environment, settings, or process, and guide the participant through the correction. I would verify the fix with a short test recording before continuing. How do you balance coaching participants with meeting recording specifications? I keep the technical checklist visible and monitor it throughout the session while communicating calmly with the participant. My goal is to prevent re-records by addressing issues early without disrupting the natural flow of the conversation. How would you prepare after the calibration period to run sessions independently? I would document facilitation standards, common technical problems, escalation paths, and quality criteria during observation. Before independent sessions, I would review the workflow and confirm that my setup supports reliable monitoring. How do you manage a four-hour live session while maintaining attention to detail? I use a structured session plan with checkpoints for audio quality, participant comfort, and progress against requirements. I stay focused by logging issues as they occur and taking only approved breaks that preserve the session schedule. Next step ## Apply now.
