As Global Sales Program Manager, you will be immersed in strategy, resource, and performance-related conversations. From day one, you will have an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.

You will support and manage key programs to drive improved sales, more efficient processes and achieve our company’s long-term goals. The role must work cross-functionally to satisfy business requirements and meet the needs of several stakeholders across Inside Sales, Field Sales, Partnerships, Sales Ops, Marketing, Product, Finance, and others.

You will primarily assist the global sales team in achieving the strategic goals and executing projects that impact revenue and performance. You will assist in driving pipeline management, meeting the hiring objectives (doubling the team size from 100 to 200 in 6 months), weekly monthly and quarterly report analysis, and ensuring cross-functional dependencies are executed in a timely fashion.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the SVP of Global Sales
  • Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
  • Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
  • Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
  • Identify, scope, and drive critical projects and initiatives partnering with cross-functional teams across the organizations
  • Plan and follow-up on the activities of the SVP of Global Sales, and the regional leadership team

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as liaison between staff, senior leaders, and sales management, regarding sales performance, hiring, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
  • Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, planning and coordinating corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities
  • Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with SVP of Global Sales and executives on special projects
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications
  • Create presentations and develop information packages in the preparation of executive meetings
  • Deliver business analytics, insights, and guidance to support business decision making
  • Drive strategy initiatives


  • 4+ years experience in a Project Management capacity consulting corporate strategy office, or sales operations
  • Experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
  • A proven track record for planning, executing, controlling and closing projects and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Diplomatic ability to influence others at all levels of the business
  • Strong and demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Understanding of metrics and reporting
  • Highly proficient IT skills with MS Office Suite with advanced experience with Excel-based modeling, including pivot table usage, to develop meaningful and actionable analytics.
  • The ability to craft a story, communicate effectively, and leverage PowerPoint to create compelling and visually appealing content
  • Cross-cultural people skills with high EQ

  • Exposure to Sales, SaaS, or FinTech
  • Experience with budget management
  • Consulting experience with a focus on operations management

  • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
