As Global Sales Program Manager, you will be immersed in strategy, resource, and performance-related conversations. From day one, you will have an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.
You will support and manage key programs to drive improved sales, more efficient processes and achieve our company’s long-term goals. The role must work cross-functionally to satisfy business requirements and meet the needs of several stakeholders across Inside Sales, Field Sales, Partnerships, Sales Ops, Marketing, Product, Finance, and others.
You will primarily assist the global sales team in achieving the strategic goals and executing projects that impact revenue and performance. You will assist in driving pipeline management, meeting the hiring objectives (doubling the team size from 100 to 200 in 6 months), weekly monthly and quarterly report analysis, and ensuring cross-functional dependencies are executed in a timely fashion.
