WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to lead project execution for some of our national accounts, delivering digital advertising projects and marketing programs that are adapted to the client’s needs.
It is ultimately the role of an account person at any level to ensure that a project meets the client and agency’s ambitions to generate great, effective work, on time and on budget, and to motivate the team along the way. The Sr. Account Executive is the agency’s quarterback – they are able to create the conditions for the work to thrive.
Preparing and assigning schedules, discussing advertising and marketing projects with clients, helping to establish client strategy and mobilizing personnel and external resources to complete assignments.
Manage, coach and mentor junior team members.
It takes great communication skills, confidence, strategic thinking, creative problem solving and accountability to become an invaluable member of a marketing team that delivers.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Bachelor’s degree
5-7 years experience in an advertising agency or marketing firm preferably with an emphasis on digital communications
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Detail oriented
Thorough digital marketing grasp
Ambition
Critical thinking /Problem solving skills
