Our Customer Success Team is responsible for helping customers get the most value and enjoyment from our platform. We remove obstacles that get in the customer’s way and provide ongoing education and outreach. We also show customers how to achieve their intended outcomes using ChartMogul’s subscription data platform.
As a Technical Writer, you will:
Write, edit, and publish help center articles in line with ChartMogul style guide
Write UX copy
Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand new features and create clear documentation for customers
Update help center articles and API documentation as per feedback from customers and team
Edit customer support macros, video content scripts, and other learning materials
Maintain internal process documentation pertaining to the Help UX team

While this is a remote position, we are only able to consider candidates who are based in the EU or the greater Toronto area.
What we’re looking for:
Native-level spoken and written English
Portfolio or experience in instructional, technical, and UX writing
Proven ability to articulate complex concepts in clear, simple terms
Highly organized and accountable, with the ability to manage a number of projects at one time
Proactive and independent self-starter who is comfortable working with asynchronous communication
Team player who can build cross-departmental relationships
Comfortable receiving and incorporating feedback
Curious and resourceful when solving problems
Experience and understanding of SaaS businesses and analytics
Background in data science
Experience working with APIs
Certification in technical writing
What we offer:
Our compensation range for this role is 35,000 – 47,000 EUR / 50,000 – 65,000 CAD annually. Final offers are adjusted depending on experience
