We’re looking for a Senior IT Specialist who can help transform our IT Support team to reach Enterprise caliber heights. The anticipated annual base salary for this role will range from $65,000 – $80,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).

You Will Be

  • Serving as a senior help desk specialist to troubleshoot technical issues by performing analysis and implementing corrective action
  • Evaluating technical processes for improvement and installing new procedures to the team
  • Proactively identifying and proposing remediations on any process gaps
  • Finding and deploying new solutions (technical/non-technical) that will make the tech team Enterprise scalableDocumenting support and technical solutions for department use
  • Evaluating the newest industry best practices and changing current processes to match
  • Ensuring the team is communicating with high quality and timeliness
  • Aiding in conducting research of new/emerging software and hardware to provide future efficiencies
  • Managing new vendor/SaaS testing and documentation
  • Providing troubleshooting support for all company hardware – laptops, conference rooms, tablets, etc.

You Must Have

  • 3 – 5 years of IT support/help desk experience providing Tier 2 troubleshooting with a mostly Mac corporate IT Environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Direct experience evaluating IT Tech processes to implement improvements
  • Experience within a corporate IT Enterprise environment; specifically ITIL
  • Strong understanding of Mac operating systems with some experience in Windows
  • Excellent experience in Utilization of corporate IT management tools – MDM (ex. JAMF) , Software/Vendor Management Tools, Ticketing Solutions, Password Management, Antivirus, Remote Management, VPN, etc. Google Workspace administration/management
  • A Good understanding of web conferencing tools such as Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, etc.
  • Solid customer service skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
