Job Summary:

To act as a strategic human resource partner for the organization, support strategic initiatives and drive programs designed to boost employee productivity, morale and engagement levels at Chargebee.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Formulate strategies and serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership focused on a transformational talent agenda designed to attract, develop and retain the best talent in the industry.
• Support development of compensation & benefits plans, procedures and review reward decisions based on individual performance outcomes ensuring fairness and equity in rewarding employees
• Oversee employee attraction, development, and retention issues, including annual reviews, leadership coaching, career pathing, HR reporting & metrics and special projects
• Coach and mentor the business’s departmental heads and managers as well as other employees on key organizational and management matters
• Develop and oversee implementation of an approach to people management focused on forecasting, staffing, development, on-boarding, performance management, retention, succession planning, talent movement, and leveraging workforce insights and analytics
• Support the development of engagement action plans based on employee opinion survey results and what drives peak performance in Chargebee
• Oversee alignment and compliance to core HR processes, procedures, and practices across regions
• Oversee interventions and programs designed to build morale and boost employee productivity and engagement levels
• Monitor resolution of employee grievances in a timely and effective manner and manage any escalated cases
• Manage effective resource allocation across different projects, enhance the capability quotient of team members and drive higher team engagement

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as an HRBP
• Masters’ Degree in Human Resources or related field
