We’re looking for an associate to join our growth sales operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing operations, strategy, and performance for local growth which includes community outreach, sales events, and sales tooling improvements . We work cross-functionally as a team to achieve growth and ROI goals, while building a culture of intellectual honesty, analytical rigor, collaboration, and entrepreneurialism. The success of our sales operations team will be a fundamental differentiator in our ability to meet key company growth goals over the next decade.

The ideal associate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy and will have a “roll-up their sleeves” mentality. Your operational skills will be key in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our current operations and will be a key partner in the growth of this business area. You should be ready to leverage data and quick problem solving to make effective decisions. Additionally, you should be comfortable taking ownership of your piece of the business and  have a desire to learn and take on more responsibility as you and your role evolves with Devoted.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Align needs and deliverables across all levels of the organization while managing timely delivery of projects and assets related to goals and budget
  • Manage and track projects related to local growth and community outreach
  • Manage and QA work streams related to third party vendor(s)
  • Build and monitor operational KPIs to track progress and identify flags
  • Leverage SQL and Excel to analyze complex data sets, deriving insights to inform immediate and long term decisions on your workstreams
  • Market outreach and support to local teams
  • Work cross functionally with marketing, sales, and engineering to develop relevant materials, test new concepts, and deliver growth goals
  • Perform any other ad-hoc job related duties as requested

Desired skills and experience:

  • 1-2+ years in analytical, operational, or project management-type roles
  • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills; able to break ambiguous problems into smaller, manageable pieces and explain it to cross functional partners and senior stakeholders
  • Persistence in problem-solving; willing to “try things out” and iterate continuously to find solutions
  • Forward-looking and proactive self-starter
  • Collaborative team player, ability to work well with others
  • Experience working in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • High proficiency in Excel/Sheets; SQL is a plus
  • Previous Healthcare experience a plus
