Roofstock is looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience in Asset Management/Property Management. As an Sr. Product Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying, gathering, and analyzing information used in defining the vision and strategy and facilitating execution of the next generation of solutions for Asset Management / Property Management business lines. The role will partner with other product teams, designers, and technology teams across the Roofstock organization to deliver an intuitive, controlled, and seamless experience for all RS AM and PM Teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on large-scale initiatives, connecting dots across product lines, and conducting deep analysis to recommend solutions. This is a high visibility role responsible for working on projects that will greatly impact our AM and PM capabilities.

What You Will Do:

As a key member of the Product team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the end-to-end product lifecycle for features or products in whole
You will collaborate with business leaders and partners to support and help shape a compelling product strategy and roadmap, and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment
As a Product Manager you will participate actively in all phases of the process along with cross-functional teams, working with marketing, design, engineering, and servicing leaders to convert the product vision and strategy into a well-managed product roadmap with an iterative release cycle with the customer in mind
Interacting with business users to identify needs, opportunities, and gaps, and solve problems. Works with various stakeholders to continuously define feature priority. Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements and acceptance test criteria
You will create awareness at all the levels of the organization around the product roadmap and establishing a process of collecting new requirements for it and adjusting it accordingly
You will be responsible for securing needed user adoption and usage in accordance with the defined usage standards via user trainings and maintaining user community
You will Prioritize and maintain backlog for their products, balancing the requirements of customers and stakeholders. Refines stories in the backlog so they meet the definition of ready that has been established by the team, then working with the team to execute on those stories

What You Will Bring With You:

10+ years of overall technology and application development or support experience
8+ of Salesforce experience required
Strong Asset Management and/or Wealth Management knowledge is required
A good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with a customer-first mindset
Ability to describe complex technical processes to audiences with varying levels of technical background
A level of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $151,000 to $177,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, education/training, business needs, market demands, and geographical location.
