The Solutions Consultant will be a trusted guide to prospective and current customers in leveraging the Perceptyx platform to power their employee listening experience. You’ll partner with the sales team to identify business challenges and map a prospective customer’s organizational needs to the capabilities of the platform. You’ll also have the opportunity to work closely with our product management, marketing, and customer success teams as we continuously evolve our platform and solution sets.

What will you do:

  • Participate in pre-sales discovery meetings, provide executive presentations, and conduct technical product demos in partnership with the New Sales and Account
  • Manage teams for prospects/customers throughout the sales cycle
  • Couple your technical product knowledge with your strong sales acumen to identify prospect pain and decision criteria, while determining appropriate solutions and optimal sales strategy
  • Become an in-house expert on the Perceptyx platform and stay up to date on product releases and new features
  • Be available for meetings week to week, which may sometimes require very short notice before a meeting
  • Inform the product roadmap by sharing product feedback and new requirements from the field back to our product management team
  • Support Product Marketing in the ongoing development of new sales collateral
  • Assist in onboarding new SC team hires and other Sales team members
  • Travel to Perceptyx industry and sales events to represent the organization. *The duties described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of the job. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required. Undergraduate degree preferred
  • 4+ years in a customer-facing role in pre-sales/sales, consulting, product management, or customer success
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce will be a bonus
  • Ability to establish credibility and build relationships with senior-level professionals
  • Ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • High level of energy and confidence in boardroom situations
  • Able to rapidly problem-solve and react quickly and confidently in the moment
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time (in a post-covid environment)
  • Willingness to work with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
