As the Account Executive, you will join a team managing Comcast Business’s Enterprise-Level B2B Events Program. In this role, your primary responsibility will be supporting our client’s commercial marketing program’s tradeshows and events. This would include developing, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of tradeshow and event operations while collaborating directly with the client, agency partners, and show vendors.

To thrive in this position, you will use your tradeshow and account-based marketing expertise to oversee our client’s portal tradeshow program. This would include organizing and coordinating portable display properties, vendor management and internal support teams, partner agencies, guest communications, registration sites, tradeshow logistics, program recaps, and event metric reporting.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Tradeshow, Conference, and/or Hospitality Event Planning Expertise. This skill set is a critical ‘must-have’ to be successful in this role. Your primary responsibility will be managing and executing the client’s portable tradeshow program which includes high volume, smaller tradeshows. As well as support other VIP hospitality events throughout the year.
  • Client-facing. You have maintained effective relationships with clients and feel comfortable providing them with recommendations and updates. You’ll utilize your strong client communication skills by leading status calls, sending post-event recaps, preparing sales teams for shows, educating clients on their use of sponsorship assets, and offering recommendations to drive more value from their partnerships.
  • Collaborative + Cross-Functional. You are comfortable collaborating with multiple internal teams and external vendors to deliver unforgettable VIP experiences.
  • Organized, Detail-Oriented and Deadline Driven. You have experience overseeing multiple clients and programs simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve based on client and programming needs.
  • We’re looking for candidates based in Philadelphia, Chicago, Milwaukee, but there is an opportunity to work in a hybrid/remote environment. In addition, there will be travel required as needed.
