We are looking for a solution-oriented, empathetic and effective communicator and operator who is obsessed with improving employee engagement and culture. As this is a new role, we’re looking for a self-starter who has ample ideas and is looking to trailblaze — to help us further define and build an excellent remote culture. This person will report to our Chief of Staff and work closely with our Internal Communications Manager and People Operations Team to make sure everyone feels like a happy, healthy, contributing member of the Hopin team — regardless of each employee’s location around the globe. This person will be super organized and enjoy improving processes and overall effectiveness of our entirely remote workforce.
