As a Learning Specialist, you will design, develop, and implement learning strategies, courses, and content to help our Customer Service team reach peak performance. In this role, you will assume ownership of one of our travel verticals or product groups’ learning needs and work directly with those stakeholders to deliver timely, meaningful, and relevant training for our agents. You will also help continually improve our onboarding program, leadership development initiatives, and upskilling efforts.
