As a key member on the Careers team, you will be critical to Flockjay’s ongoing success and growth, as well as the success and growth of our students. You will combine core competency in sales recruiting with behavioral coaching skills to train, nurture, and support Flockjay students on their path from Flockjay to job offer. You will use your analytical horsepower to manage placement pipeline and use your top-tier communication skills to motivate partners to screen candidates, report on progress, and manage internal and external stakeholders. Everything you do has the ability to make a real, measurable impact on our students’ careers and lives, and ultimately change the future of job training and success.
You will report directly to our Head of Career Services. This position is remotely-friendly however we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
