We’re seeking a Community and Event Manager to join our creative and dynamic marketing communications team. You’ll be responsible for driving engagement, answering client questions, collaborating with the Director of Client Marketing on content and thought leadership, and managing client events. This role has the opportunity to help shape our new and growing online community and innovators are strongly encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track and report on community trends, key findings and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Plan and implement awareness, engagement and retention campaigns
  • Source and onboard new community champions and moderators
  • Grow community engagement
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing, Client Experience and other teams across the organization
  • Create content for community and Knowledge Center
  • Develop strong and meaningful connections with customers and Degreed team
  • Design fun and engaging virtual events and experiences

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 or more years experience in managing a community at a SaaS company
  • Growth mindsetTeam player, we’re a lean team in a fast growing company
  • Desire to create a best in class experience for Degreed customers
  • Technical acumen and quick learner, this role requires product knowledge
