As a Business Development Lead you will:

  • Drive the demand side of our knowledge marketplace.
  • Define, refine, and execute the playbook for scaling our community of customers (startups, venture capital firms, consulting firms, and non-profit organizations)
  • Identify pain points and feature requests across the demand user journey and partner with the product team to reduce platform frictions.
  • Support clients to maximize the value proposition of the Office Hours platform.
