DISQO is looking for an experienced Business Operations partner to drive our Operational Excellence capabilities, as we become a multi-product company and expand our global footprint.

What you will do:

  • Lead critical cross-functional initiatives to identify and quantify strategic growth opportunities and operational improvements, design sustainable solutions, and persuade and align varying audiences during change management initiatives of your own, turning your strategic recommendations into reality
  • Embed with teams to help drive high-priority projects across the business. Identify and triage key questions, issues, and roadblocks facing the company using your business acumen and experience.
  • Foster empathy for your stakeholders, their interests and needs to ensure teams can sustain and embrace changes through clear communication, engagement, and appropriate governance throughout the implementation of operational excellence programs.
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management. Ensure full end to end lead management with Sales ops and manage and optimise the full lead journey including lead scoring, routing and efficient handovers to Sales
  • Create and maintain global live dashboards to report on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact. Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database in partnership with operations and analytics teams. Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
  • Partner with demand generation team to set up and manage key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on pipeline growth
  • Work closely with sales leadership to develop and help drive Sales Strategy. Lead analysis of business performance to identify future roadblocks and present strategic recommendations to GTM leadership for decision making and investment
  • Identify untapped market potential, then develop and implement plans to capture it
  • Support strategic initiatives developed by GTM leadership or strategy team
  • Work closely with sales ops to analyze and identify opportunities for sales productivity improvement

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or other related fields or equivalent work experience at high growth tech startups in SaaS, Data and/or MarTech. MBA a plus
  • 8+ years work experience in a relevant field with demonstrated cross-functional and collaborative project or team management experience, and a track record of leveraging data for business impact. This is a great opportunity for those with experience in Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or internal consulting/operational roles at high growth companies.
  • A history of identifying and developing business cases for strategic growth opportunities and operational improvements and elegantly executing projects from proposal to implementation
  • Exceptional problem solving skills: demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, structure complex problems, perform deep analytics, derive business insights/scenarios and develop solutions
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Slides experience required
  • Advanced SQL and/or data visualization tools experience required (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Polished communication skills and comfort working with internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing process improvement projects and improving business metrics in a resource-constrained environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business
  • Proficiency in marketing automation systems (like Pardot,  Hubspot) and integrating those systems with other technologies
  • Proficient in CRM (like Salesforce) and data analytics/modeling tools
  • Deep understanding of software industry / SaaS sales and marketing models
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer success is preferred
  • A penchant for digging deep into data, thinking from first principles, and iterating quickly to deliver results. A strong orientation towards outcomes, and a history of being scrappy when it counts
