As one of the world leaders in the Cyber-Security space, OpenVPN is looking for a B2B Customer Success Representative.

Our Access Server corporate VPN is a leading B2B product used by companies across the world. Your primary focus as a Customer Success Representative will be to increase the conversion rate of new leads generated organically and through marketing campaigns. Your secondary focus will be to ensure satisfaction and retention of our existing corporate clients. You will work in direct collaboration with our sales and marketing teams and will have a lot of freedom to show initiative and take ownership of processes. Among your responsibilities will be the following:

  • Identify new business opportunities by creating and implementing email and other campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Reach out to prospective leads to convert them into paying customers and build out customer relationships
  • Nurture existing customer relationships and resolve customer issues with the view to increase customer satisfaction and retention
  • Processes sales orders, incoming purchase orders, and invoices
  • Working directly with colleagues from Silicon Valley, CA, USA and around the world
  • Last but not the least, we are really fun to work with!

Job requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of relevant B2B customer success or sales experience with international clients
  • Experience with Salesforce or an analogous CRM system
  • Solid understanding of IT industry and technologies
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written
  • Outstanding communication & team working skills
  • Structured mindset and impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to quantify results and prioritize efforts based on data
  • Experience in computer networking and cyber-security

  • Experience in computer networking and cyber-security
  • Fluency in additional language
