Quizlet offers an exciting 2021 Summer Internship Program beginning June – September. Our program is an 11-week paid internship that focuses on enabling students to advance their professional preparation through work experience, professional development, and mentorship. We have a fun summer planned for you with several events and workshops. You will work on real projects, features, and updates that will contribute to Quizlet and impact our 50 million+ users.
While Quizlet is located in San Francisco, CA, and Denver CO, our internship program will be fully remote this summer.

This internship is with Quizlet’s Advertising team. This group is responsible for ideating, developing, and selling advertising solutions at Quizlet. In this role, you will help Sales effectively describe, position, and communicate the benefits of Quizlet’s value proposition, the unique audience, and ad product suite.
This internship is for you if you are a detail-oriented problem solver with strong interpersonal skills, both internally and externally. You have a passion for marketing and a love for education technology. You understand advertising concepts and data/audience monetization strategies.
In this internship, you’ll:
- Build sales collateral that captures the value proposition and positioning Quizlet’s brand advertising product suite to agencies and national brand advertisers
- Develop comprehensive, strategic proposals that cover the objectives and deliverables for successful ad campaigns
- Collaborate with key partners from sales, product, and other marketing departments to strategize on effective brand advertising solutions
- Craft campaign wrap-up reports that highlight noteworthy trends, meaningful results, and client metrics
At a minimum, We’d like you to have:
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- An eye for design and PowerPoint skills
- Energetic, customer-focused self-starter with a positive “can-do” attitude
- Creative problem solver with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and thrive under pressure-filled situations
It’s Preferred if you have:
- Understanding of digital advertising, measurement techniques, and how media is being sold and bought
- Knowledge of how to create a Go-To-Market strategy
- Undergrad rising Senior
- Major in Marketing
