About the Role

As Senior Product Marketing Manager your role is to deeply understand our market, consumers, and merchants to help advise our Shopper Experience product strategy and craft powerful positioning and messaging. This person will closely collaborate with Product, Services, Sales, Marketing, and other GTM teams on product exploration, early adopter programs, and product launches that drive growth and adoption.

What you’ll do…

  • Define and scale optimal product adoption and new product activation.
  • Translate highly technical products into client-facing narratives with a focus on positioning, benefits, differentiation, and use cases.
  • Define positioning and messaging for new products and translate features and functionality into differentiated customer benefits. Produce impactful enablement materials including: customer messaging, sales pitch decks, solutions-focused communications, and content that support product strategy.
  • Lead early adopter programs and product rollouts end-to-end target merchant identification, operational readiness, campaign planning and execution, seller enablement, and merchant feedback collection.

Your experience…

  • 7+ years of experience in a marketing, product marketing, or product role
  • A strong understanding of marketing B2B and B2B2C SaaS productsExperience with product-led GTMs and delivering products to market
  • A strong interest in becoming a product expert, and a passion in the latest technologies
  • Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with geographically distributed teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
