We are seeking a partner marketing manager to drive partner marketing initiatives across our fast growing partnerships ecosystem, and play a vital role in our sales and marketing team. The right person will be a seasoned team player with excellent cross-functional skills and experience in executing to-and-thru partner marketing campaigns to rapidly grow our partnership practice.

The partner marketing manager is responsible for executing and managing our partner marketing campaigns and partner marketing strategy along with partner events assistance and partner operations management to support the growth of 15Five partner program.

This person needs to excel not only in strategic planning but also in efficient tactical execution and relationship building with internal stakeholders as well as partners. This person is an excellent communicator, relationship builder with an entrepreneurial mindset, and has an outstanding track record of achieving results.


Partner Recruitment Campaigns

  • Collaborate with marketing teams & multiple stakeholders to develop, execute and measure end-to-end, scalable marketing campaigns to recruit new partners by increasing awareness of and demand for our partner program through content, campaigns, events, and other approaches
  • Market 15Five to potential  partners to drive consistent flow of inbound partner interest by  project managing email campaigns, content initiatives and webinars, etc.

Partner Enablement

  • Support onboarding new partnerships through programs including but not limited to webinars,  joint messaging, product sheets, sales tools, and customer success stories
  • Build partner facing sales and marketing collaterals, slides and other content to enable partners on 15Five
  • Craft new partner enablement and training programs to educate partners on 15Five messaging and positioning and go-to-market strategies

Partner Engagement

  • Promote 15Five thru partners and help partners generate leads for 15Five through scalable joint marketing campaigns and other initiatives thru  partners
  • Work with partners and the marketing team on the joint creation of new content from blogs, newsletter, digital campaigns and customized campaigns with partners
  • Own communication and marketing to and through our partners including but not limited to targeted communications, webinars, partner success stories, and newsletters
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to support revenue contribution through partners
  • Work with internal teams to identify partner sales tools and enablement programs
  • Own partner program content and collateral to deliver a partner experience with clear, concise and actionable communication that increase partner engagement

Partner Marketing Management 

  • Develop relationships across the partner and marketing teams to ensure we are positioned to access, leverage and execute partner marketing programs
  • Analyze company data alongside partner strategies to identify opportunities to increase partner performance
  • Provide training and support on tools and programs launched to partners
  • Maintain partner management tools, including Allbound, Salesforce, Outreach, and Pardot
  • Define, track, analyze and report on KPIs to monitor progress.


  • An undergraduate degree in business/marketing or MBA3 to 7 years or partner marketing experience in a SaaS or tech industry
  • Proven ability to execute strategic partner programs to drive pipeline targets
  • Proven experience in partner strategy and executing partner marketing programs and events
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with partners, customers and all levels of management within the organization
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a go-getter team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize, pivot and solve problems
  • Results-driven with an ability to accomplish tasks on deadlines with no follow up
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects, and working with stakeholders
  • Proven experience navigating and excelling in referral and technology partner ecosystems
  • Experience with designing and executing multi-touch marketing and nurture campaigns
  • Hands-on attitude and creative use of limited resources of a fast-growing startup

  • Complete 15Five’s new hire onboarding and job-specific training for the role
  • Build partner marketing strategy and the execution plan for the remainder of the calendar year
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of 15Five product strategy, industry landscape, market trends, and competitive differentiation
  • Refine and launch to-and thru partner marketing campaigns.


  • Collaborate with marketing and demand gen teams to identify and execute creative partner recruitment and partner marketing campaigns
  • Design and aid in technology partner launch initiatives, creating a scalable and repeatable program including impactful methods to evangelize 15Five among partner teams
  • Become adept at managing partner marketing relations
  • Own & manage high potential partner marketing relationships and strategic technology partner go-to-market strategies


  • Become the partner marketing voice within the company in order to give partners a world-class co-marketing experience while engaging with 15Five
  • You have significantly improved the partner marketing engagement and have made 15Five a top of mind solution for channel partners
  • When partners think of companies with great content and joint go-to-market initiatives, they think of 15Five
  • Partners have become a significant source of revenue generation for the company


  • Monday: Attend company meetings, meet with marketing to discuss co-marketing content and potential partner involvement, build campaign framework and reporting structure to share new co-brandable assets with partners, add to 15Five Partner Portal, answer emails/slack messages, etc.
  • Tuesday: Proactively follow-up with active marketing partners, execute on campaign framework to share new asset with all partners via Pardot, coordinate partner involvement on upcoming campaigns with 15Five Marketing team, meet with partner team to align on upcoming initiatives, attend weekly 1-on-1 with your manager, answer emails/slack messages, etc.
  • Wednesday:Attend company meeting including meditation, meet with partners to identify joint enablement and marketing opportunities, build out co-branded datasheet and launch tools for new technology partner, provide messaging for Partner Managers to share new asset with unengaged partners via Outreach, answer emails/slack messages, etc.
  • Thursday: Facilitate partner marketing planning with strategic partners, providing content as needed as follow-up, refine onboarding assets to include new assets as applicable, execute on ongoing partner marketing activities, answer emails/slack messages, etc.
  • Friday: Build dashboard, reporting, and metrics to track partner marketing performance, proactively follow up with partner marketing contacts, update content for new integration partner per feedback received, complete your 15Five, answer emails/slack messages, etc.
