Victorious is seeking an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to bring the most talented, qualified, and diverse candidates to a variety of open roles. As a Full Cycle Recruiter, you will support our hiring managers by finding and engaging qualified talent for our open roles and subsequently guiding those candidates through our interview process.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: 

To source and close diverse and well-qualified candidates who align with Victorious’ core values.

YOU’LL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Understanding nuanced hiring needs, job specifications, search requirements thereby acting as the search expert for a variety of roles
  • Creating ideal candidate profiles with hiring managers and recruiters
  • Building healthy pipelines of qualified candidates for open roles
  • Designing and implement recruiting processes’ to improve candidate quality and time to fill
  • Orchestrating timely and efficient role openings across multiple departments
  • Providing actionable and streamlined reporting to hiring managers regarding open role pipelines and expected time to fill.
  • Partner with hiring managers to schedule efficient and effective candidate interviews.
  • Finding and engaging talent via existing talent pools and by creating new ones
  • Prioritizing building a diversity-oriented team at every step of the recruiting process, ensuring our interview process provides candidates of all backgrounds with equal, unbiased consideration
  • Writing creative and engaging outreach messages
  • Coordinating candidate screens, onsite interviews, debriefs and reference checks
  • Acting as a champion of the candidate experience, ensuring every experience and touch point delights, informs, supports the candidate, and represents Victorious at the highest level
  • Ensuring our interview teams have the resources they need to conduct successful interviews
  • Maintaining the integrity of our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) by recording all appropriate candidate information into the system to help track progress from initial contact to offer
  • Creating, delivering, and closing candidate offers

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • +1 year in a full cycle recruiting role
  • Recruiting for multiple reqs positions at once
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

THE “GOOD-TO-HAVES”:

  • A high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Experience with Greenhouse
  • Experience with D&I sourcing and a passion for inclusivity
