We are looking for an experienced Coaching Operations Manager who will be responsible for planning and overseeing the implementation of strategic initiatives for the Coaching department reporting to the Head of Coaching (HOC). The Coaching Operations Manager works closely with the HOC to plan and designate project resources, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed of project initiatives. This is all done to drive member outcomes.


  • Serve as the lead from the coaching organization on various cross-functional projects, with an aim to improve member experience, engagement and outcomes, streamline coaching operations, and build for scale
  • Surface actionable insights for improving both the coach and member experience, engagement and outcomes that align with company business objectives; identify and assess future and current project needs in collaboration with the HOC and other key company Senior Leaders
  • Work closely with the product team to implement new products and enhancements within the coaching service operations
  • Develop protocols, training and triage for tech related issues specifically supporting the coaching team and members they interact with.
  • Manage projects effectively: develop project plans and gather the appropriate resources to execute within expected timelines
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure that the voice of the customer is communicated effectively throughout the organization
  • Monitor and evaluate projects effectiveness and success with the ability to report on them to a broader team.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining coach performance dashboards to inform processes for improvement.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of coaching service needs and advise HOC of potential project opportunities
  • As needs grow, Coaching Operations will identify resource needs and organizational structure to build out the Coaching Operations team to support the department’s growth


  • Proven work experience managing projects
  • Track record in designing and executing project plans
  • Experience in health coaching preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and detailed project plans.
  • Strong computer and database skills. (Google Suite, Slack, Video Conferencing)
  • Excellent technical skills to analyze data and report insights
  • BS degree in business, health, or relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience preferred.
