The PlacePass Customer Success team helps make customers’ trips seamless and memorable by providing exceptional support through phone and email.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a frontline communicator to help customers purchase incredible activities around the world, modify bookings, and manage cancellations and complaints
  • Gain proficiency in PlacePass’s suite of customer support software tools
  • Route important feedback and improvement ideas internally to members of the Business and Product teams

Requirements:

  • 1 – 2 years  of customer support experience
  • Able to work weekends as part of a flexible weekly schedule
  • Typically consist of 25-30 hours per week
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with acute attention to detail
  • Excellent prioritization skills when balancing internal and external demands
  • Comfort in handling challenging situations over the phone/email
  • Experience using ZenDesk or other customer service software
  • Passion for travel and startup culture
  • A continuous improvement mindset to implement and assess best practices
