AutoRentals is in a period of hyper-growth! We are introducing brand new initiatives that will take us to a scale many times beyond where we are today. To meet our goals, we need to bring on some talented and ambitious individuals who possess a keen desire to build, and a drive to succeed.

This Paid Social Media Manager role will be responsible for building and managing campaigns across performance marketing channels including social, display and programmatic. This role is for you if you relish the opportunity to have an outsized impact on a business by deploying your proven and highly analytical ‘data first’ processes in these channels. You wake up each morning with new thoughts on how to optimize against your already ambitious ROAS goals.


  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and platforms, meeting performance goals across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok and more
  • Understand and be able to implement data feeds to generate dynamic ads, as well as produce a high cadence of new ad creatives
  • Manage display and programmatic channels, as well as other emerging and paid marketing channels, to meet ROI targets
  • Acquire new users through these channels, as well as continue to market to the existing user base
  • QA existing and new placements for accuracy, performance efficiency and understanding of position and display.
  • Interface with marketing source partners and account representatives, advocating for optimized opportunities and insights
  • Plan digital campaigns, inclusive of determining which media platforms to advertise on and how to adapt campaigns to suit various channels
  • Provide marketing guidance, and implement effective strategies for acquiring profitable traffic
  • Develop and implement channel strategies
  • Continuously develop and test ad copy and creative displays
  • Conduct market and competitor research, report on the results of research, and make suggestions for improvements and new opportunities
  • You must live and breathe the data. If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience with social media marketing, especially Facebook, display, and programmatic marketing
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • ‘Roll up your sleeves go-getter’ attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the company to outside marketing partners
  • Ability to synthesize data from varied sources like data visualizations, Google Analytics, and third-party data platforms, and make accurate decisions based on same
