As the Manager, Paid Social at Headspace Health, you’ll help to develop and execute high-performing, best-in-class social DTC paid media campaigns that fully align to our business’ overall go to market strategy and mission to help make the world a healthier, happier place. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Performance Marketing & Activation, our ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in paid social either at an agency or the brand side. You will make a significant impact on our DTC growth by creating, implementing and optimizing paid social campaigns across both web and app with a focus on bringing in new users. This person will be a vital all-around contributor to the continued success of the Headspace Health marketing team.

How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace Health:

  • Manage all aspects of paid social campaigns across the web and app including ideation, setup, execution, reporting and optimization
  • Proactively implement a rigorous test and learn strategy to best hit channel KPIs, fuel learnings, and iterate accordingly
  • Assist in building channel best practices for paid social with the guidance of the Sr. Manager, Performance Marketing and VP of Global Media (Consumer Marketing)
  • Manage and mentor the Paid Social, Associate, delegating tasks appropriately and supporting them in hitting their KPIs
  • Lead analytics and reporting across owned paid social channels. This role requires a highly quantitative, analytical self-starter who’s able to provide weekly / monthly updates on tactics and optimizations to the broader team.
  • Work closely with Data & MarTech leads to ensure all tagging needs are met and reporting is optimized
  • Collaborate cross functionally with creative and marketing teams to develop creative + copy to scale and optimize our social campaigns
  • Assist in forecasting and reporting on the spending of each channel for which you are in keyboard. This includes working with finance and accounting on actuals for the previous spend.
  • Own the relationship with channel partners to seek out new testing & optimization opportunities

What you’ve accomplished:

  • 5+ years of hands-on media buying experience in paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snap, LinkedIn). Mobile app / subscription based product experience is strongly preferred but not required.
  • 1+ year of people management experience
  • You are a subject matter expert in all things paid social and levers to optimize
  • Possess a strong understanding of, and can articulate, how social plays a role in the wider digital marketing/performance marketing ecosystem
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the team
  • You are detail-oriented and comfortable working on multiple projects
  • You’re a proactive self-starter. You’re equally someone who can go into the weeds but can also drive big picture strategy.
  • You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working within Tableau & Excel to pull out insights
