Real Green by WorkWave is looking for a great candidate for our Customer Success Specialist role. In this role, you will assist our customers with support across all of our software platforms. You will need to be a team player and have strong communication skills. If you are passionate about helping customers and working with awesome teams in a fun environment, we want to meet you!


  • Handle incoming issues and requests via ACD phone system
  • Troubleshoot customer technical support cases through phone and email submission
  • Create a positive, professional customer service-oriented work environment for staff and customers by support the Real Green Core Values.
  • Evaluating system potential through assessing compatibility of new programs with existing programs
  • Improving existing programs by evaluating objectives and specifications, reviewing proposed changes and making recommendations
  • Achieving computer stem objectives through collecting relevant data, identifying and evaluating options and suggesting a course of action
  • Maintain client confidence by continually furthering education on the Green Industry and software best practices
  • Contribute to building reference material for customers and internal staff by drafting knowledgebase material.
  • Successfully complete Product Training and associated competency reviews.
  • Provide customers with an excellent customer service experience each and every time!


  • At least three years of experience in software technical support
  • Experience with SQL preferred
  • High school diploma required; technical certifications are a plus
  • A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred
  • Variable hours may be required based on time zone
