At WorkWave, an Implementation Specialist manages the customer implementation experience from start to finish, providing support, training, and guidance, ensuring the smooth adoption of our solution-based, workforce management software.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Manage all aspects of the customer’s onboarding process and track their progress
  • Consult with customers to understand their business and recommend best practices in the use of the software
  • Maintain a high level of quality while coordinating multiple client implementations simultaneously
  • Handle customer support calls during the onboarding time-frame
  • Train customers and their staff in the use of the software
  • Nurture customer relationships to build a relationship built on trust
  • Participate in the on-going creation and updating of best practices for onboarding and training
  • Work across department boundaries to champion the success of your customer’s onboarding process
  • Actively participate in increasing your knowledge of the software and the industry
  • Collaborate with other departments when necessary to help the customer be successful
  • Become an expert in multiple products and industry verticals

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Minimum of 2 years of software support, implementation experience, or similar experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with equivalent experience
  • Understanding of basic tech and SaaS concepts
  • Project management and planning skills
  • Familiarity with blended learning solutions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Documentation and/or course development experience
  • Excel knowledge and data analysis skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams and departments
  • High attention to detail
  • Time management, prioritization, and strategic thinking
  • Critical thinking and problem solving

  • Experience using Salesforce, JIRA, G Suite, MS SQL, or Service Assistant
