The Technical Support Specialist – IT will provide technical support for internal employees and the software and tools used to perform their jobs. In addition to end-user support, device support and software/application support, this role includes performing system and network administration tasks under the supervision of systems and network engineers.
Hybrid preferred with remote flexibility: based in Knoxville, Tennessee.
