Position Overview

The Technical Support Specialist – IT will provide technical support for internal employees and the software and tools used to perform their jobs. In addition to end-user support, device support and software/application support, this role includes performing system and network administration tasks under the supervision of systems and network engineers.

Hybrid preferred with remote flexibility: based in Knoxville, Tennessee.

  • VoIP telephone management

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience providing technical support services to local and remote users in Microsoft and Mac OS environments
  • 1+ years of technical experience in helpdesk support environments
  • Ability to succeed with minimal supervision and mentoring
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building a rapport with users, peers and team members
  • Strong individual contributor that delivers results and a high quality of work
  • Excellent time management, oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task and stay on top of many ongoing tasks and projects
  • Experience working in a fast paced, cross-functional technical environment
  • Self-motivated individuals who will lead naturally
