We are hiring full-time Customer Success Representatives to help us reach more students and families worldwide. We’re looking for amazing folks who love supporting and educating customers throughout their lifecycle, and are excited about our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end touch points with the customer, from first contact through registration or reconnecting with customers who have churned, and improving every engagement they have with Juni.
  • Serve as a counselor and trusted expert in the field who partners with parents and students to help them succeed.
  • Call, text and email customers, with a particular emphasis on handling difficult issues with customers over the phone and de-escalating situations.
  • Proactively flag issues, run down tickets to satisfactory completion, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Call and email prospective customers to understand their needs, schedule trial classes, provide feedback and course recommendations, and register new students.
  • Work with multiple teams to hit company-wide goals.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in a client services role, preferably working with consumer-focused products.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with a particular emphasis on spoken communication over the phone.
  • Focused on hitting weekly and monthly targets with a demonstrated track record. Estimated 30+ calls per day.
  • Strong ethical and honest approach.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with clear grammar and fast response time.
  • Organized and detail-oriented. You love spreadsheets and checking off items in a todo list.
  • Represents Juni professionally with parents, students, external organizations, and within the team.
  • Self-driven to manage your own work and results with high standards.
  • Openness to change, and quick to adapt to new systems.
  • Team player and collaborates with others constructively and positively.
  • Located in the US, work authorization in the US. At least 6 months of remote work experience, high speed internet, access to a Mac or PC for work, and a quiet workspace.
  • Starting salary at $15 / hour, starting with a 1 month trial period. Shifts will include evenings and weekends Pacific Time as assigned.
