The Software Quality Engineering Manager will own the design and implementation of an overall quality program across all our products and services. This will initially focus on a specific product area and expand over time. The scope of this role includes designing and scaling the QE discipline, enabling our existing engineering teams to be highly effective in achieving the demanding quality objectives we have for our SaaS and on-premise products.

What You Will Do:

Build and lead a team of software quality engineers and testers to create a strategically meaningful Quality Engineering program.
Collaborate with development and product teams to develop and refine quality metrics and instrumentation ensuring our software meets or exceeds quality objectives.
Work with engineers to enable more effective defect analysis and identification, implementing appropriate solutions to improve product quality.
Leverage objective data to drive continuous improvement efforts associated with software quality.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies, ensuring that our processes and tools effectively support product and software quality objectives.
Collaborate effectively with engineering, product leaders, and other key stakeholders to ensure that quality goals are achieved optimally.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or requisite proven experience
At least five years of successful experience in a quality engineering role with at least one year in a leadership role
Experience building and leading a team of software quality engineers and testers and collaborating with engineering to effectively enable quality practices
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance and quality engineering practices
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks and CI/CD in a SaaS context
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
