The GRS North America Claims Strategy & Analytics team is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Principal Business Analyst I to join our Reporting & Data Strategy team to create and maintain complex, multi-line dashboards and manage our central reporting application. This individual will work independently to build dashboards that meet customer needs and propose solutions to manage our overall environment, working with numerous stakeholders across the broader Analytics team and the Claims organization. This is an individual contributor, grade 15-16 range position that can be remote or in any US LM office.
Responsibilities
- Build and own complex, multi-line PowerBI dashboards that are optimized for efficiency within the PowerBI ecosystem and are flexible to a variety of stakeholder needs
- Develops, updates, and creates visualizations of metrics used to determine operational performance within the NA Claims organization
- Synthesize needs and recommend solutions that support/exceed diverse stakeholders? reporting requests
- Serve as PowerBI expert within department, consult with peers on questions and make recommendations for improvement
- Manage Claims’ overall reporting environment by optimizing workspaces, dataflows, and apps so that everything is organized and easy to find/edit. Maintain access model that is low maintenance and meets department needs. Propose holistic solutions where necessary.
- Interact with offshore resources to complete repeatable tasks when necessary; serve as resource for them when needed.
- Receives, evaluates and responds to report-related inquiries by applying knowledge of data and business operations and obtaining information from various sources.
Salary: USD-$92,000.00-–-$118,000.00-/-Year
