Supply Chain Administrator

About the role:

As a Supply Chain administrator, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class supply chain service for the business covering demand planning and forecasting, production planning, packaging procurement, 3PL contract management, and cost-saving initiatives.

This is a fixed term contract for 6 months .

Key responsibilities:

• Orders fulfillment
• Receiving POs and closing deals for distributors
• Sending POs to suppliers and overseeing a production
• Inventory management (including transfers, reporting, ordering, monthly reconciliation between locations, and adjustments)
• Managing international deliveries & logistics (including managing duties, customs clearance, etc)
• Managing relationships and communication with the warehouse
• Manage product costs and pricing across platforms
• Coordinate replacements and returns for customers
• Manage product demand forecast and inventories
• Manage supply chain cost and report spent against the budget
• Report to key stakeholders and management team on regular basis about up to date status of the supply chain and any issues affecting the business

Candidate MUST:

• be available for immediate start
• be based in the UK

Essential skills and experience:

• Experienced in a global supply chain role (minimum 3 years)
• Experience in A-Z working model (from creating an order, through fulfillment, organising shipment and preparing paperwork, through logistics)
• Experience working with Netsuite system
• Attention to detail
• Great communication skills
• Team player,
• Can-do attitude
• Excellent Excel skills
• Willing to work remotely

Preferred but not essential skills and experience:

• Experience working in a start-up
• Experience working with Hubspot CRM system
• Experience working with the Shopify commerce system
• Experience working with Google Slides, Spreadsheets, and Docs
• Experience with handling and shipping dangerous goods (our product contains lithium battery)

About the contract:

Job Type: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Salary: £42,000k – £48,000 /pa (prorated £3,500 – £4,000 per month; depending on experience)

Contract length: 6 months

Availability: Candidate must be available for imidiate start

Working hours: Flexible; Typical 9.00am – 6.00pm

Working schedule: Monday to Friday

Holidays:

• All bank holidays during the contract: paid day off
• 28 days including bank holidays (prorated to the length of the contract)
