In this role, you would be part of the Product Experience team. You would be supporting the product teams with user research related to one or more parts of the Agreement Lifecycle. We are seeking a researcher who is passionate about being customer-centric, skilled in communicating crisp research findings, and skilled in driving impact within a team and across an organization.
The right candidate will be equally skilled in facilitating thoughtful conversations with internal stakeholders, customers, and research participants. Transforming those conversations into detailed research plans and actionable insights will be the focus. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to speak in detail about human-computer interaction concepts and be able to explain the why behind your recommendations.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, User Research and is designated Flex.

Based on legislation in Colorado, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado pay range: $115,800 – $163,575 base salary
Based on legislation in New York City, the following details are for individuals who reside and would be working in New York City only: New York City pay range: $123,600 – $174,525 base salary
Based on legislation in Washington state the following details are for individuals who reside and would be working in Washington only: Washington pay range: $115,800 – $174,525 base salary
Based on legislation in California the following details are for individuals who reside and would be working in California only: California pay range: $123,600 – $202,550 base salary
