There is a reason why most marketers feel squeezed. Dealing with shifting priorities, feeling like your work is an afterthought, and ungrateful managers can leave most marketers burned out.
At Ad Badger, we believe in the power of digital marketing & growth marketing as a tool to deliver value to our audience. It’s why we’ve designed this role to have a growth marketer do what they do best: traffic and lead generation. You’ll have time and will be encouraged to think strategically, lead marketing brainstorms, learn new techniques, test, and grow.
You’ll assist Ad Badger with our mission of helping e-commerce marketers automate and optimize their Amazon Advertising campaigns.
If you have a background of marketing prowess and are confident to join a fast-moving team with a strong culture, and a clear path to grow your marketing career, then read on.
You will be responsible for several key components of Ad Badger’s growth strategy. Since 2018, Ad Badger’s primary marketing focus has been content marketing. We launched the world’s first podcast dedicated to Amazon Advertising strategy, produced over 100 long-form blog posts, and built a community we refer to as “Badger Nation”.
You will join Ad Badger as a new marketing chapter begins. You will be in charge of lead generation, retargeting, asset-building, and strategy to help grow traffic, leads, customers, and brand evangelists.
By the nature of your position, you will work directly with our Executive Team, Software Team, Sales Team, and PPC Team. This is not a siloed position, and you will support and drive tangible results across traffic channels, lead generation, and customers. There will be exciting brainstorming sessions between new product feature promotion, landing page build-outs, and email funnels.
Long term, we do expect you to outgrow this role and take on more marketing leadership, eventually building a team under you to amplify growth efforts. We’re a small and nimble team (currently 15), so this position could lead you to head the marketing department.
Expect to work hard, get results, and have a great time sharing Badger-Related gifs along the way.
Who is Ad Badger?
Ad Badger is a part of the rapidly growing Amazon Advertising e-commerce world.
We build software and provide services that help Amazon marketers better automate and optimize their Amazon Advertising Campaigns.
Amazon Advertising is technical and complicated, so our mission is to help simplify the process for our audience. We do this through multiple avenues. The first is through content marketing. We launched the world’s first podcast focused on Amazon Advertising and have a community we lovingly refer to as “The Badger Den”. The second is through our SaaS software platform. The third is through our managed services program.
Why our Work is Important?
Our company was founded by a digital marketer who was frustrated over the manual routine tasks of Amazon PPC optimization. Amazon PPC optimization can be very slow, and for many businesses, is an incredibly expensive item on their financial report.
Our success is measured by how well we are helping to share strategies, build advanced software tools, and drive results for our customers.
We manage millions of dollars of monthly ad spend for 100’s of companies and push out millions of optimizations regularly on our platform.
What’s it Like in The Badger Den?
We’re inspired by the idea of building a company that is successful, kind to each other, and acknowledges the full spectrum of each team member. We believe in deep work, focus, and the space required to do your best work.
We believe in seeing any obstacle as an opportunity to roll up our sleeves and get to work. An unflappable ability to move forward and stay positive is a skill we are looking for.
