We’re growing our Data and Analytics tribe, and looking for colleagues to join both in leadership and individual contributor roles. Reporting to our Product Analytics Lead, weβre looking for a curious & collaborativeΒ Senior ProductΒ Data Analyst, who isΒ passionate about uncovering insights of our users to drive change in the product, to join ourΒ Data & Analytics Tribe.
As aΒ Senior Product Data AnalystΒ in ourΒ Data & Analytics Tribe, youβll work with our product and research teams, leveraging our data stack (Redshift, dbt, Tableau, Mixpanel, Python, Hightouch, Fivetran) toΒ enable everyone to get valuable & actionable insightsΒ quicker, with more confidence in the data.
You will be part of a team of top analysts that drives the roadmap and goals of Hotjarβs OKRs, collaborating with them in a remote work environment that spans Barcelona to Berlin. We produce analysis that drive the companyβs ever developing products forward.
You will be working directly with stakeholders, translating their complex business questions into hypotheses, frameworks and actionable metrics to drive value to our product.

The compensation range for a team member in this role isΒ β¬70,000 to β¬90,000Β annually where the typical offer will fall in the range ofΒ β¬75,000 to β¬85,000.
