2021 is all about doubling down on our existing verticals (i.e., VC and PE), so we have another year of exponential growth and identifying additional verticals to increase our total addressable market. We’ve onboarded some of the best-known venture capital firms globally, closed deals with F500 companies, and have found great success selling to a wide variety of large sectors: private capital markets, startups, SMBs, and commercial real estate firms, to name a few. Our sales team is hitting or exceeding quota month over month, and we’re just entering the hyper-growth stage in Affinity’s lifecycle. We believe we’re going to fundamentally change the way people leverage their relationships and connect with others to do business.


Help take our company’s growth to the next level! Are you extremely detail-oriented and organized? We are looking for an energetic, highly organized, demand generation manager who loves a fast-paced, high-performing environment and thrives on results. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and measuring global demand generation programs and campaigns.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the Go To Market team to:

  • Execute global demand generation plan via integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, webinars, ABM, and events
  • Shape the inbound and outbound go-to-market motions.
  • Measure performance of lead and opportunity funnel in partnership with Sales and Customer Success Management, continually measuring, analyzing, and reporting on programs across various SaaS metrics.
  • Manage budget and return on all investments related to the creation of demand
  • Innovate in how we do demand, ABM, and integrate with brand marketing



  • 4+ years in demand generation and campaign management for the global market; preferably in a B2B SaaS technology company
  • Hands-on knowledge of demand generation principles, practices, and tactics (e.g., SEM, SEO, ABM, etc.)
  • Expert at using tools such as Ad Words, Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Advertising, etc.
  • Demonstrated understanding of modern marketing techniques, including persona-based marketing, digital engagement and acquisition tactics, conversion rate optimization, and AI-powered lead scoring
  • Ability to seamlessly integrate with other GTM teams such as Sales and CS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effectively able to communicate with other business leaders and the C-Suite level
  • Proven ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns
  • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong empathy towards others with the ability to create and nurture relationships across multiple teams
