We’re looking for a self-motivated, highly organized Customer Implementation Manager to ensure an efficient and delightful customer onboarding experience. As an Implementation Manager on our Customer Experience team, you will understand a customer’s requirements and own the technical onboarding process. You’ll collaborate closely with teammates in customer success, product management, and engineering to ensure successful and on-time customer launches.

As the Customer Implementation Manager you will….

  • Lead the technical onboarding process for our customers and partners, making this a critical role for our business. This role requires exceptional project management skills
  • Create, maintain, own and execute a customer or partner implementation plan based on customer and product requirements
  • Serve as a product and process expert to identify, consultant, and recommend best practices to internal and external stakeholders
  • Gather, review and confirm contractual customer requirements for the technical build of the implementation. Formally document (and obtain customer sign-off) requirements and scope of the configuration, technical build, and enhancement requests
  • Work with product and engineering teams to complete technical implementation tasks, including enrollment file configurations, SSO configurations, and entering medical plan and network information to ensure customers launch on time
  • Coordinate with external vendors, as needed
  • Identify and constantly improve upon the customer implementation process to reduce timelines and improve accuracy
  • Provide internal and external project status reports.

Experience you bring….

  • Exceptional project management skills and are extremely detail oriented and highly organized. Healthcare or benefits technology experience highly preferred
  • 3+ years of customer facing experience and an ability to communicate the big picture to a broad audience
  • Ownership mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and inspire others to take action
  • Skilled at using software and productivity tools

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in a SaaS organization
  • Completed or working towards a project management certification

  • Expected base salary: $100k to $115k plus standard company benefits and a generous option grant.
    Amino values transparency and has included the reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this full-time role at any approved US location. Individual pay is determined by a range of factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, licensure or certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Amino does not typically hire at or near the top of a salary range.
  • We offer full-time employees 100% paid employee healthcare premiums; dependent premium coverage depends on the plan.

  • This position, like all roles at the firm, will have a good deal of autonomy. We’re a remote-first team and have designed our culture for a balance of synchronous and asynchronous work with people operating from all over the country. To support your remote office, we provide every new Amino with a generous office set-up allowance plus a monthly stipend for internet/phone.
  • PTO is non accrual and we expect Amino’s to take a minimum of 15 days a year.
